We hope you’re enjoying your Wallaby Walls wallpaper. If you're experience an issue, please reach out so we may try to to help! There is a 100 day warranty, from the day of delivery, for wallpaper that may have failed performance.
Please submit your warranty claim to orders@wallabywalls.com
Include in the body of the email:
1. Date purchased.
2. Date installed.
3. Order number.
4. Paint brand and type.
5. Date paint was applied.
6. How did you clean your wall?
7. Take a picture of the texture of your wall and attach.
8. What is wrong with your wallpaper?
A wallpaper specialist will review your issue and provide you with a solution and or a full replacement when appropriate.
