- All 5-inch x 8-inch sample orders are printed at a reduced scale on the wallpaper material you selected, feature design name and company branding and are shipped via USPS first class mail. If you order multiple of the same design/material, you will receive identical samples.

🌼 WALLPAPER 🌼
- If you ever experience Wallaby Walls wallpaper falling, please reach out. We will try to troubleshoot the issue and offer a replacement if appropriate. We print on the #1 selling peel and stick wallpaper in the world!!
- If you have textured walls do not order standard peel and stick wallpaper.
- If you plan to place the wallpaper in a wet zone or highly humid zone like a bathroom do not order water-activated wallpaper.
- Do not order HIGH TAC peel and stick for smooth surfaces.
- Message Wallaby Walls if you would like a wallpaper recommendation!
- Measure twice – order once! Use a tape measurer and measure the width and height of your space in inches. It is recommended that you add at least 3 inches extra to each measurement for extra to trim. Divide your width by 25. Round that number up to the nearest whole number. That number is the number of panels you’ll need to complete your space. Select a panel height that is taller that your height measurement. If your height measurement is significantly shorter or taller than our standard sizes, message us for a custom listing.
- Our wallpaper is sold by the panel, not as a traditional wallpaper roll. Message us if you have any questions!
- Panels should be installed in numerical order! Some panels are a perfect repeat, may be installed in any order and will not be numerically labeled.
- Wait until new paint has cured for 30 days before applying peel and stick wallpaper.
- We recommend Roman brand wallpaper primers and pastes! Message us for a personalized recommendation. Select a pigmented primer if you need to cover over existing paint color.
- When to use wallpaper primer: apply if your walls are not painted; if walls have old wallpaper paste on them; if walls are dirty; if walls have specialty non-staining paint on them; if walls are heavily textured.
- Overlapped seams and double wide panels are available upon request.
- Color matching on digital presses may be difficult when a new roll of material is being used. If you do not order enough wallpaper the first time or damage panels and request a reprint, we cannot guarantee a color match but will do our best. Wallaby Walls is not financially responsible to replace the wallpaper due to printing variances out of our control.
- Wallaby Walls wallpapers are all printed with GREENGUARD Gold Certified ink and are PVC free!
- Our priority is to provide you and your family with a safe and beautiful product to be enjoyed for years!! Due to variables that may cause peel and stick wallpaper to fall, Wallaby Walls recommends water-activated or unpasted wallpaper, to be installed within a distance in which infant/ young child sleeps since it a stronger adhesive solution. Regardless of whose product you apply, if you plan on using ANY peel and stick or NON permanent adhesive product near a baby's crib or where a young child sleeps, PLEASE take every precaution to make sure the product will stay on the wall in case of a wall incompatibility, installation error or manufacture’s defect. ALL WALLPAPER AND DECAL COMPANIES SHOULD MENTION THIS ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS– WE TAKE THE CARE AND ATTENTION TO SHARE THIS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS. Some run a strip of permanent double sided adhesive tape along the top of the wall and or apply a wallpaper primer if they choose to apply peel and stick near a crib. While this is not our recommendation, we share this with you if you decided to place peel and stick behind a crib. The installer takes full responsibility to ensure that any wallpaper we sell is properly installed for the safety and well-being of others.

🌼 REMOVAL 🌼
- Due to the variable of the surfaces in which our wallpapers are adhered to, there is no guarantee that any of our wallpaper products will remove clean and without damage even though some are designed to do so. Wallaby Walls, our manufacturer and our suppliers are not liable for any damage that may occur to the surface(s) that our products are applied to. For best removal, make sure walls and paint are in excellent condition prior to wallpaper installation. When wallpaper is applied in highly humid spaces, removal results may vary.

- We offer a 1-time discounted reprint on all unused product in new condition if you receive your wallpaper and do not like the material, colors, ect. Customer will pay for the return shipping of the original order. The replacement order will be discounted 40% off current non-discounted list price. This policy is valid up to 30 days after original purchase and only for unused whole orders.
- If your peel and stick wallpaper falls and your warranty claim is approved, your wallpaper will either be reprinted complementary on any material of your choice, or refunded within 90 days of purchase. Falls are rare, reach out to hello@wallabywalls.com if you have any issues!
- If your wallpaper ever arrives in less than excellent condition, contact us before install for a replacement order. We will provide a shipping label for the defective product to be returned.
